We will be opening our doors for inside visitation limited to two (2) people per visit. The Social Work or Activities departments will schedule each visit.
Please note that visitors will be required to present documentation of a current COVID-19 test result, which must be within 72 hours of the visit. As always, the visitor will be required to have his/her temperature taken, complete a COVID-19 Surveillance Form, wear a mask during the entire visit, perform hand-hygiene before and after the visit, and maintain at least 6 feet of social distance during the entire visit. And weather permitting, outside visits, also limited to two (2) people per visit may also take place. Outside visitors are not required to be tested prior.
Visits via telephone, Zoom or FaceTime will continue to be offered and arranged.
We are also pleased to announce that small group (socially distanced) activities will take place giving residents an opportunity to socialize.
Arrangements are also being made for a cosmetologist and barber to resume grooming services at the facility.
It is our anticipation that these changes will remain in place as we begin to “normalize” our Sacred Heart Home community. We will, of course, keep you updated!
